We stayed this past week for a family getaway. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. Ellen stood out to us among the other staff members because she went out of her way to give us great service, she always greeted us and she was very friendly. We will be back
Very nice hotel, service is great, we had a boiler issue with our stay, no hot water, but otherwise all was good.
You can't go wrong with the Hilton brand. Clean spacious room with the most comfortable bed. Their buffet breakfast is excellent.
Very clean & spacious room. We were only in for one night and didn't get to use any facilities. The lobby is very nice. Friendly staff. Would stay again.
Bed too hard for me. Always the case at hotels lately — for me, anyway… Breakfast here is legit. Way above average breakfast compared to many other hotels I’ve stayed… Pretty clean, overall! Thank you! You can’t beat the location for the price. It’s right where i needed to be and for this area, I feel like the $150 a night range is a pretty good deal.
Shoutouts to Lyndia as well as Ellen and Keiahna. I arrived very late after my work shift past midnight and Lyndia was able to get a room for me. She spent some time to make sure I could still get a room for the night. She also escorted me to the room to let me in. She was so patient. Ellen also answered my questions about the texts I received from the customer service. Ellen was making me smile saying she learned new things today. Keiahna also talked with me as well. She said a compliment about what my family calls our pets. Unfortunately, I had to check out early to bring my dog to the vet first thing in the morning. But Ellen and Keiahna were very understanding. They even let me process and vent about my anxiety with my dog. They were so sweet to talk with me and even be lighthearted and sweet. Great value and location. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel accepts dogs. Breakfast is not complimentary.
Hotel was well loved. The rooms were clean and fresh. The beds were OK, but not the greatest or best I have been on. Well loved is a nice way to say it. The staff were very friendly. Our last two days only one of the two elevators were operational. The paid breakfast is no better than any “free” breakfast anywhere similar. Three location was perfect for my needs. Prices are crazy, but understandable for the area.
